I have come to a conclusion (actually this is a reocurring conclusion).....

Terry knows very little about Bama football but he sure as hell is loaded with spirited opinions.

The clock is on. Examples, please. FWIW, I've seen you say the same thing before. That time, you took a private message I sent to you and posted it on the forums. Lo and behold, what you thought would be taken as funny ended up being the truth of the matter.

Doesn't really matter in the realm of things. Just because you don't choose, emphasis on choose, to believe...

No, I mentioned a lack of parity in our conference. Bama didn't play 5 ranked teams from it's own conference in the 70's, 80's. The salad days for bama are gone. The table is crowded now and there are not enough chairs.
If you mean to imply that bama can, will, or that it is even possible for them to dominate the SEC the way Florida did in the 90's with Spurrier, then I have to ask you...what's the air like on your planet?

You might want to string more than one top 10 recruiting class together, start winning more than 6 games, stop losing to "never been ranked before teams at home", and pray that your more impatient brethren don't run off a pretty good coach.

For you to dominate this conference, LSU, Florida, Tenn, Georgia, and Auburn will have to fall to you every year. And in your case, MSU as well. I would not hold my breath if I were you.

My my my, how defensive you get. What I posted at the time was false at that time. Your uneducated guess came true eventually. Even a blind Terry finds a nut eventually. :)

You post examples every day. :D

You're a great Alabama fan with loads of passion for your school. Be proud of that. When your opinions differ from those of members here, quit attacking them and trying to demean them. Telling them that know very little about what they speak of. They know about as much as you do.

I'm going to refresh your memory.

I mentioned in the thread we are speaking of that the rumor of Saban had merit to it. You questioned it. I sent you a private message in which detailed who I knew the information from, his name, and what company he worked for. That was my source and in your continuing mannerisms you took that post along with the information I had sent you and posted it here.

Do I get upset when I share where information comes, especially when it is a highly regarded source, and it is shared on PUBLIC forums when it was sent in a PRIVATE message? You damn well know I am. It was juvenile on your part. And, if you consider that statement an attack it isn't. It's the just facts of the matter, plain and simple.

When facts contradict your opinions of what, who, and how I know things about Alabama don't you think it might be high time to admit I do know what I'm talking about when it comes to Alabama?

Grad, I've been reporting and writing on different things for Alabama for over a decade. Sources I have within our program may be something you can't comprehend, or perhaps, choose to ignore. Personally, I don't care.

However, your statements that I'm just making things up or for some reason don't know what happens within the Alabama program are outlandish.

Again, I ask one thing. Give me one example, just one, where I've posted something about our program that wasn't the truth. One. It's a simple request.

    I'm patient. I'll wait.

You are way too amusing Terry!

Your opinions are no different than the rest in this thread for example. You're not posting facts, just opinions. You are not the keeper of information for Alabama athletics. You have as much knowledge as anyone else. You've illustrated that quite well in this thread alone.

2600 posts on here, a rival fan visiting the site, no contribution to the forum, and you are telling members here that they don't know what they are talking about? You expect to get away with that? Not a chance buddy. Their opinions are as valid as yours are, if not more.

Once again. Care to cite an example?

You know what is funny here? Think about it. I mentioned to you the other day if this membership base could go 60 days without the contributor "line" I would. But, even knowing that, you choose to try to throw that out as some sort of retort?

    ..................................................................

That may very well be the most poignant post in this entire threat. Unfortunately, there are a significant number of Bama fans that cannot fathom an environment where they cannot once again become the dominant force in southern football ....... but those days are long gone, IMO.

BTW, I correctly predicted Bama would finish 6-6 with a chance at 7-5, and I correctly predicted Auburn would finish 8-4 with a chance at 9-3. That was once my opinion, but it is now a fact ........
