Yeah, like when you come on here and repeatedly tell our members that they have no idea what they are talking about. How having a discussion with them is like an exercise in futility. :thumb:

You are still 6-6 for the year. Why don't you go post on the "one public Bama site" about how great an improvement this year's team is over the Shula teams of the last two years?

I am highly amused that someone took time to create a new account just to post that.

Any body on this thread enjoy the Auburn/Bama game? I thought it was an intense boring game. Both teams played not to lose and not take any risks. It looked like Saban was praying for no turnovers and hoping Auburn would make a few. The game seems to be more about fan bragging rights then good football.

Doesn't Alabama have an easier SEC schedule in the odd years, similar to LSU?

Just glancing quickly at it, it seems so.

    2-6 last year.

This year you beat Arky and Tenn (whom you lost to last year by a combined 4 points). If that's enough of an improvement from one year to the next to justify firing a coach, and paying someone else the biggest contract in College football, then I'm happy for you.

Here's a slightly bigger picture for you
Last year 6-6 (4 of 6 losses to ranked teams all in top 15)
    Miss St.
    LSU (#12)
    Auburn (#15)
    Arky
    Florida (#5)
Tennesee (by 3 when UT was #7)
    Okie St.

This year (3 of 6 to ranked teams only 1 in top 20)
    UGA (#22)
    Florida St.
    LSU (#3)
    Miss St.
    ULM
    Auburn (#25)

Congrats on increasing the number of un-ranked teams y'all lost to.

earlier today there was a thread where an Arkansas fan came on gloating about their win over the Tigers, numerous people attacked saying "Let it go that is in the past". my question is, Did saban not leave us 3 years ago, is that not more in the past than Friday was? Let's take our own advice and put Saban in the past and look forward. There are way to many threads on the past..........................................................
