Yeah, that makes much more sense. Ironic, isn't it, that the guy who refused to take out the QB who threw 3 INTs is that pissed over losing. I mean, if I went to a strip club and spent $1,000 then got pissed at now being broke, blaming the dancers is a bit misplaced, no?
Why does everyone keep bringing up the 3 INTs...... 2 of them were not Randall's fault. The first one Davis had in his hands, but didn't catch. The second one he threw right to Troy. The third one the receiver didn't run the route well. He was a step or two behind.
One of the interceptions was a bad throw into triple coverage wasn't it??? Wasn't the throw to Davis over Davis' shoulder and behind him?
The Davis pass was behind him, but it was still catchable, but if he had thrown it in front of him he would've made the catch. The last interception was just an ugly, overthrown ball right to a Troy defender, David Jones was the intended receiver I believe.
If I had any confidence that Russell would have played without throwing an interception, then I would have supported making a move. Considering how inconsistent both QBs have been, I'm not sure it would have made a difference. Bottom line: We won over yet another team that had us circled from the beginning of the season.
