maybe if everyone calls for sabans headwe will be awesome down the stretch just like in basketball when every one called for bradys head (amazing season ending run) smokes head (circled the wagons went to omaha) saban is a great coach mauck has won for us his entire career, i want him to start the rest of the year, but i jus dont think he has the arm or the ability to go through his progressions. he is a great gamer but his arm strength really worries me. i hope this was jus a fluke cuz if not we could hav a long stretch run. once again today we saw mauck having that stiff neck problem he does check off but if he didnt have clayton its a little dump off pass, i saw some plays where green and henderson had seperation mauck jus didnt turn his head.... well i hope this is the worst we perform all year and that we win out and become sec champions
Saban is a great coach, we are lucky to have him. No one needs to call for his head. The Tigers will play well.
I can remember watching him pass and thinking that he had a cannon for an arm. Just wasn't on the mark today.

Mauck missed Carey today. I think his ability to see the hole then make the cut to them, sets him apart from the rest of our backs. We had no consistent ground game, I don't care who you have at QB you can't win trying to do everything with your arm. :geaux:
Mauck didn't have a very bad game. Look at how the entire team played. Look at our rushing yards. Now look at Mauck's stats. He did what he could. He's no Ro, but he's pretty good.
