Saban to Notre Dame?

just when i thought it wasn't humanly possible to despise Notre Dame anymore than i already do.

i wouldn't care if he went, but i would hate notre dame more than i do now thats for damn sure.

 

Yup, I kinda hope he stays at Bama, makes it more fun when we beat him. But then again, it'd be funny to see him leave for ND... the gumps would all be on youtube drunk, calling him a homo... the meltdown would be epic. Not sure which I prefer.

 

we need to regain a winning record against him. As it stands now, LSU is 2-2 vs. Saban. So we kick their ass next season and then he can go.

 

I'm kind of hoping this season goes like it did last year for Saban... the meltdown would be funny to watch... the NCAA version of the Patriots twice in a row, couldn't get any better.

 

This wouldn't surprise me a bit. ND has to pull out all the stops. I would think every high profile coach will get a call no matter how far fetched the idea would be. It's not like a coach can publically come out to say that ND is their dream job... oh, wait... most coaches can't anyway. The only person probably not considered would be Petey.

All they need is a good coach. They still can recruit very well. They basically get an automatic BCS bowl even if they poop the bed on the biggest games of the season. They have a rich fan base and lots of tradition. I think they are one good coach away from being a yearly "contender."
