They could, but teams very rarely do. Most folks had Florida as a lock for that this year.

Yea I really dont see it happening. But they could I think the biggest soft spot for the Gumps will be the overconfidence factor. $aban does fold in not so big games (UAB, Iowa with us/ Utah, UL-M with Bama). Wouldn't surprise the Gumps to loose a trap game next year.

How many NC teams have actually been undefeated? How many LSU teams went undefeated. Were not Boise St. Excluding SECCG, in the SEC we keep dealing.

Actually 9/13 if you go back from yesterday to 13 years ago. So the majority.

Also I never said we were undefeated when we won our NCs. I just love the cocky attitude though. Going to be so much more fun to beat you guys next year in tiger stadium.

Don't you love an optimist? I think we'll be lucky to equal this year's record, unless Gonzales has more say in offensive play calling and/or development. Shepard has to be utilized way more than he was in 2009-2010. Jefferson has to learn how to react faster than molasses in the winter, and CLM needs to have a plan when the clock hits 2 minutes.

Considering my track record in 09, maybe i should predict them to go 0-13.
