Heard it said on WWL this morning that this is the 16th playoff rematch since 1990 of teams that played in the regular season and the margin of victory was 15 points or more. In the previous 15, the team that lost in the regular season won the playoff rematch every time. I place this fact in the category of "interesting, but has absolutely no bearing on this week's game."
Somebody didn't watch the Eagles game. Somebody has been paying attention to the numbnut talking heads a little too much also. Seattle will be very lucky if they come away with a win this Saturday.
I don't know when the last time I missed a Saint game, but the Eagles are not the Seahawks. I hope you are right though. I would love to trade this NFC ballcap I wear for a newer one, it's getting old.
I think the difference lies somewhere b/t what you said and what Islstl said. I think Seattle is more talented on D and us on offense. The difference b/t us is where the game is played. Hopefully we can build off the momentum of last weekend. If the Saints win this game, I believe we can win it all.
I hope this weather forecast is wrong......looks like its saying 100% chance of heavy rain with winds 30+mph gusting to over 50 Sat.
prob still a little to far out to say but at the moment the hourly is saying the opposite......saying most of the rain will be right before the game. I am sure it will change a little bit several times the next 2 days.
Looks like this is the forecast... We are gonna need some fumbles and Int's to win here. I think we win off a Harvin fumble.
