Fun facts: The Saints had a 432 yardage differential vs it's opponent in the game tonight. In the last 25 seasons, the mark that was set was 439 yards. The Saints actually were at 434 before kneeling twice to end the game.
I actually think he helped SP with the game plan. He obviously knows the Dallas defense, how to exploit it, and where the weaknesses (everywhere?) were? And he knows how to gameplan for the Dallas O for the same reasons; having gone against them in practice everyday for the length of time he was there. I usually don't bet on the Saints unless it's too good to pass it; like this game was.
I was bummed Watson dropped the TD pass just before that, which would have given Brees 5 TD passes, which would extend his NFL record to 9 games with 5 or more TD passes in a game. He gets a concussion on top of that, so that play really really sucked.
