they do still have a shot going into week 17.

they have to:

1. win at Chicago (unlikely)
2. hope Washington loses to Dallas's second string (unlikely)
3. Hope Minnesota loses at Denver (more likely than 1 and 2)

Saint's playoff chances are slim to none and slim is fading into the sunset right now.

 

maybe if they'd kick a FG or two and not go for it every, single fourth down, they'd have a chance.
