Add Jacksonville to the list of not so great teams the Saints will face. Gerrard is out at least the next weeks, which means he will be out when he faces the Saints. That backup may be the worst QB in the entire league.

Saints will be 8-6 heading into the Philly and Bears games to end the season.

I'll be happy to get to .500 first. No one in the NFL (save maybe the Falcons) is a layup. I've learned my lesson with the first 4 weeks of the season not to have high expectations for this team. A week-by-week approach is what I'll have until we get later in the season.

You wouldn't happen to be referring to the 40 yard pass attempt on 4th and 1 at mid-field would you? 'Cus that was f'ing genius.

Saints right in the thick of things.

Carolina and Tampa lose, right on cue.

Saints looked great today. Like 2006 all over again.

Charles Grant proclaimed during the week that the Saints will go 12-4.

yeah, SF got on the bandwagon, although reluctantly at first, about 3/4 of the way thru the season (I think after the Dallas win, but he can attest to that).

Care to make any retractions given new evidence? Or are you sticking to your guns?
