Greer and Porter have done a fantastic job this season, but they might have to play their way back into the starting lineup. Mikey's on fiya!!! What was up with the sweat stains on the front of his jersey? Did he bring that thing out of retirement from last season?
I had concerns about McKenzie coming back but...WOW!...what a game. I don't remember him ever playing that well when he was a starter. I hope these guys stay hungry!
IMO he's been head and shoulders better than any other DB on the team for the past 2 or 3 seasons. The only reason he wasn't on the team to start the season was because of the amount of money he was making last season and injury concerns.
He supposedly didn't pass the physical to play again until just recently. So nobody could sign him even if they wanted to.
It was awesome seeing Mike McKenzie fly around the field last night. My boy is a ball hawk. He never missed a beat. I knew he was going to be a great addition, but I didn't know that he'd come out swingin like this. WOW.
I was really amazed to see him on the field that much and not only hold his own but possibly making the biggest play of the game intercepting that pass.
