Yeah every day of preseason is a cringing experience, hoping we don't get major injuries to key players. So far, so great. Only the Hamilton injury was serious. The only bright spot was he was replaceable. Enter Ladell Betts. He'll be an upgrade to what Hamilton would have brought to the table, with catching the ball out of the backfield and pass protection. This game should be a fun one to watch, especially by preseason standards.
I'll be there. I hope to see a lot of Patrick Ramsey and no Drew Brees. Maybe a series. I am also looking forward to seeing the PJ Hill Chris Ivory battle. According to Hokie Betts is a non-factor and is nowhere near ready to be active.
I was watching the Bengals preseason game tonight. I couldn't believe it when I saw that they had Carson Palmer playing in the 4th quarter.....then I realized it was Jordan Palmer. Those dudes look exactly alike. Also, they (WWL)say Ivory is the leader for the last rb roster spot, fwiw.
found it on fox. saints are looking really good on this first posession. RB has had 3 nice runs. 1st and goal on the 9. bush just runs it in. Very nice first series bush had 4 carries for 38 yds.
