Mike Leach at Texas Tech is also big on keeping injuries quite. B.J. Symons threw for 5800 yards and 52 TD's while playing on a torn ACL. Everyone knew he was hurt, but not how bad. I can see how this policy might help you win a game, and I can see no way that keeping injuries secret could cost the team a game. It makes it harder for fans to critique the game, but we will do that anyway. The only people who should be really upset about this are the gamblers, but then, nobody bets on college football.
Yea, that's my point. Belichick always does this. Brady DID have MINOR shoulder injury for about a week, but Belichick just left him on the list. Funny how much these guys can get away with, but it mainly drives the journalists and gamblers crazy. And hey, where's the harm in that!? :thumb:
