    Kid looks good, but I'm tired of getting dooped by highlight reels. NONE of these kids ever look like that when they get to this level.

    That said, he looks like a pass first, run second type of QB. If he's got the throwing skills of a gunslinger, I'll definitely embrace him as our QB.

    There is some evidence to support that, conjecture on my part though.

    After signing day Kelly topped off our recruiting class with a couple of lineman. Not long after, the Duck's got an early commitment from QB Jake Rodrigues, for 2012, and word is, Chip's nuts over this guy.

    Interesting, but conjecture.

    His SAT score was the issue. Usually in those situations a score gets flagged because it increased over a certain amount from one test to the next it automatically gets flagged. Then they have to wait to get to it which maybe weeks or months and sometimes require the recruit to take the test again. Sometimes it is just a case of them not having a test score in their records. Say the recruit took 3 test but only 2 on the NCAA record and there was a big increase. But they didn't realized the increase was actually over 3 test and not two.
