Perhaps this has been discussed before, but... Now that there are surcharges on the season tickets, if a person wanted to sell his/her season ticket, can they leagally ask the face value of the ticket PLUS whatever the surcharge works out to for that game, OR must he/she eat the surcharge because the law says you can charge no more than face value?
I doubt seriously that they will figure out what the surcharge is for the game and tell the police to make sure they add the surcharge to whatever the face ticket price says (since there are different face ticket prices). I would think the police would have a hard time adding up numbers. Oops, did I just slam the BRPD?
