  5. Right. I mean, in certain situations we'd do an RPO play or 2. But in the strictest sense, can't it be argued that we were running a version of the Air Raid, with at least 4 and 5 WRs most of time. It was a spread in that those receivers were spread out from sideline to sideline. Maybe a good term for it would be a hybrid offense, since we had elements for multiple styles.

  10. We ran the RPO a pretty large amount of the time. Not just 1-2 times a game, although, I’m not sure that you’re even suggesting that. And for the overwhelming majority of offensive plays, we went 3 WR. Air raid is a loose term that could probably categorize our offense somewhat accurately, but there are a number of differences between the tradition air raid and our offense. For starters, there is little, if any, RPO involved in the air raid. Most noteably, the air raid is typically shorter throws in the 5-15 yard range, whereas we took a lot of deep shots.
