1. R.B. Leblanc should put stop payment orders on all paychecks this week. Except maybe that new kid returning punts.

  2. I keep saying it. Buy the 09 season on bluray and some paper bags, the natural and historical order of the NFL will return shortly....at least as far as the saints are concerned.

The golden age of Louisiana football was awesome while it lasted. Mediocrity is once again sticking its ugly face out like a turtlehead.

  3. Saints waived Joe Morgan today. Because he's the problem....right.

  4. That should do it. Make your Superbowl reservations now
  5. No, I don't think Joe was the problem, but I think he may have been part of the problem. Speculation is -- and I realize it's only that, speculation -- that he was suspended earlier in the season for showing up to meetings drunk. That would fit with his DWI arrest and his reputation in college for having trouble following the rules.

I hate to see him go because I think he was just an explosive play waiting to happen but then I think about what would happen to me if I showed up at work drunk . . .
  6. Your client would be found guilty but he would have already paid your fee:D
  7. Off to another team to have a Hall of Fame career.
  8. Speaking of punt returns, why do the Saints put so little stock in the return game under Sean Payton?

The Saints never seem to give Drew Brees a short field. Save for 1 year in 2009, the defense has never caused turnovers to create short fields as well. We are always having to drive 70-80 yards. Adding undue pressure on Drew.

  9. this is exactly the problem. the shitty defense played well vs pitt showing what brees can do without having to carry the team. then back to norm with 80+ yard drives needed in all passing situations because a shitty panther team had already scored 24 points before they blinked.

this defense has checked out from fat jesus. there may be more going on but i suppose its just the losing.

they may still win out. hard to tell with these freaks. they could just as easy go 0-3.

  10. I don't think I've ever witnessed a game that the Saints should have won 41-10 that they actually lost 41-10 instead.
