Hayden Fry opened some doors in Texas and we've always gotten a few Florida kids, it seems... usually three stars that the Florida schools didn't have time for...
... usually our players that go onto the pros are linemen or defensive guys.... our skill position guys are seldom all-world.

YEAH!! What Red said!!!! The one thing that has yet to be mentioned is the superior Tail-gating that takes place in the SEC!!! We certainly can't forget that!

Boy, you said it there. I can't understand how USC doesn't see it, surely they have to and just don't admit it.

And the Big 12 could claim 5 and the ACC 3 since 1992....
    you're not alone.

but I do get your reference to "different" teams, which is impressive.

The Big 10 is definitely in the thick of things too! Definitely my second choice right now.

Put it this way. Do you think an ACC team would have an equal or better record in the SEC. No way.

Given FSU had , what, three conference losses last year and two the year before... and Miami has had a similar in-conference record... then, yes, I believe their chance of getting through the SEC line up would produce the same in-conference record.
If Bama can get by with two losses, I suppose FSU and Miami could also do it.

Also, it's plausable now with Auburn beating LSU, that they could run the table this year. What would that put Auburn at... 23-1... in conference games over a three year span. So, it's not like running the table in the SEC can't be done.
