Some very encouraging words from our coach and players. This last month is going to be agonizingly slow. I was kinda startled about the Perrilloux comment. I thought that DD reported that everything was going well there. Or was Miles just playing that down for the media?

Done! There may be some more articles today, but that should cover what happened with LSU at Media Days. Hope that helps anyone who couldn’t catch it live…

Would have been nice if Miles would have thrown a jab or two at Saban. Kinda like a pre fight press conference, which has become the norm as of late.

The only down side to that is the opportunity for REAL football questions and answers has passed. The media asked so many leading and salacious questions. Makes for fun reporting and to some extent reading I suppose, but does not do justice to the LSU Football program.

As for Coach O, I know he may be easy to make fun of but the man is as much a football purist as there is.

Miles hates talking about players in the doghouse. We saw that with Alley over the past 2 years. RP is doing everything asked of him so far but Miles will not start talking about him as if he has no more work to do to get back with the team. I like that about Miles because he puts the player in isolation and RP doesnt recieve a false sense of security which usually leads to slacking off before finishing what he started.
