LSU is the only 3-0 team to face 3 BCS opponents as well.

I know Vandy is SEC but can we really count them as a win over a BCS team:hihi:

Well, they just beat Ole Miss, so they now have at least earned their keep for a couple of weeks.

Yes but beating Ole Miss isn't exactly a "statement" win like it once was... say in the late 50's and the 60's:wave:

LSU fell from 76# in the nation to #91 in the nation in total offense, now comes the tougher defenses. This is usually the part(beginning part of the year) of the schedule LSU racks up the yards. LSU defense is #25 in total defense in the nation.

LSU is also the only 3-0 team to have played 3 BCS teams. We usually have some cupcakes in this part of the season. Granted Vandy and Miss St aren't the BCS standard, but they also aren't ULL.

Vandy and Miss State are cup cakes. I suspect you will see LSU fall further in national stats once they play the meat of their schedule in total offense and probably total defense as well.

The D will have to continue to get turnovers for this team to have less then 3 losses.
