Finally get a good starting performance and our bullpen looks like shit.

 

Stallings was not the best choice there. He is kinda proof that the new ball has not been good to fastball dominant pitchers. He's been throwing it over the heart of the plate for 2 months. This gator lineup can kill you with the fastball.

Rest up. Use the loss and hit the regionals hungry. Winning the SEC tourny hasn't done us any favors last few years...

 

Well that was fun, no tournament championship this year. They must've pissed off Jobu. Bats were afraid.

Let me amend that comment, bats were afraid in key situations.

 

Gators bullpen came through. Ours didn't.

 

Looking at tomorrow, vandy seems to have the edge. Gators used the better part of their pen to get past us, vandy should have their wounded ace back.

I will be at the worlds largest bug boil tomorrow, so fuggem both.

Our bats are overly aggressive. have been all season. Sometimes being that aggressive turns games like this into L's.

For the most part, its worked all season.


Nothing to panic about and our Bullpen is legit.

 

Mmmm, pretty sure Lange went 7 scoreless. Then used 4 relievers in two innings. Were you watching the same game?

 

Brush up on your knowledge.

Im not saying giving up an HR in the 9th is gravy, but LSU was still unable to get any good hits.



For reference, Lange is our ace and they threw UF's 4th best.
