The GREAT ramah hypnotized LSU recruits for their standardized tests...

I was a student worker in the Athletic Department, and realized that jobs there-top end-max out at about 35K...

I don't need anyone to retell the Nebuchudnezzar Biblical story to see the handwriting on the wall in that situation...

But keep on crowing...You'll be late for your 2nd performance at the Funny Bone tonight...The Comedic Hypnotist employed by the Saudi crown who can't gamble but can travel and breaks down recruiting tape while hypnotizing recruits...

If you ask me, Eustachy may have been the brains behind that organization...He stayed on after he left and really perpetuated the success...While Floyd hasn't proved much, though his canvasses were pretty barren in his last two stops, the jury is ultimately out on whether he can effectively coach on the collegiate level today.

Also, it's difficult to judge professional results to collegiate ones...Look at Calipari and Pitino...Neither of those two went over well in their professional debuts...and Tarkanian and on and on...

But, Cal & Pitino both came back, to Memphis & Louisville, and proved they can recruit and coach...The results speak for themselves...

We'll see if Eustachy is missed, or whether Iowa State was a flash in the pan, or just what the deal is when Floyd gets back on the court and puts results on the floor...

ok, i agree with all of that except the part about calipari coming back to ncaa and proving he can coach. they have more talent than lsu and are playing worse (hard to believe, I know). actually, the memphis situation makes me take it a little easy on brady, because i think cal is a good coach.

Amazing that any Brady supporter can honestly agree with anything I say regarding collegiate basketball...But, I'm glad you can be objective on those types of things...

I am not sure of his future...Because I honestly think LSU will make a run at some point during the year to "almost" get over the hump...But, I do know that all these "almosts" are all too commonplace. He has DiNardo-itis, without the media polish...

In the past, I wouldn't have suggested it, but give him his credit, for whatever reason, NBA and other big-time college coaching gigs, he keeps popping up, and his teams are usually competitive.

....I guess I really didn't try to give the impression that he would be the only coach out there, or that he was the next best thing to Coach "K" at Duke. He just so happened to be the only well-known coach off the top of my head when I made my post.

Well it's still early in the season so I'll wait a little longer before I jump from one bandwagon to the other. But the one I'm on now is getting to the point where I can stretch out and not touch the person next to me.
