    to be honest, the two leaders that i see are Minor and Lazarre. They are the only vocal leaders, anyway...

    Now as far as leading by example, then yeah, Temple and Davis are out there.

    I agree 100%, it helps to have the most talented players as leaders, but this team is lacking any focus or direction- I don't care if [this year's Fleschman, forget his name] steps up. Last year, the team just PLAYED together, and we succeeded. Brady's coaching, I'm 95% sure, had very little to do with our success. We took T-Time out of the equation and we put too much on Baby's shoulders. I don't expect us to get past the 2nd round of the NCAAs unless someone can direct this team's tremendous (shudder) upside. (I hate that word.)

    I'd add 5% to that. :thumb:

    I think the addition of John Treloar for the film study and the before-class work with Tyrus and Garrett paid all of the dividends last year. Not to mention that we had a very salty senior who was clutch and hit game-winning shot after shot, although he tailed off at the end of the season...
