    bout damned time. i hate ethanol, and i hate ethanol subsidies.

    tom coburn has been all over this one. i dont always agree with the man, but i agreed with him on this.

    I quit putting ethanol in my boat's tank because it usually results in water in the gas. As much as I hate Valero, that's where I go.

    valero is good for that. used to be i could get it at chevron. now the chevron's on my route between br and okc sell only ethanol laced crap.

    speaking of which, can anyone recommend a place that sells non-ethanol laced fuel right off of i-49 or along 190, preferably between alex and port barre, or towards the port barre end of 190? someplace that i can just exit and back on to 49 or 190. every place i used to stop now only has the ethanol crap.

    All subsidies should be eliminated. Including the sugar cane subsidy, although that will hurt Louisiana.
