    And a mixed race (Japanese and Haitian I believe) woman is drawn as a blonde hair Caucasian... Cartoonist knew exactly what he was doing...

    Yes, she's Japanese (mom) and Haitian (dad). And the umpire who is depicted as white, at least to me, is Portuguese.

    Looks like a white man to me. Aren't the Portuguese Caucasians?

    They can be a variety of skin tones and race infusion in Portugal. There are Euro-whites and there are some parts of the population who have black and spanish ancestry. Lots of basque heritage. Skin tone and hair color could pass for white but look at the cartoon....looks completely different than Ramos.

    I met a few Portuguese people in Providence. Most had olive skin and looked like they could be Greek or Sicilian.
