Shaq actually offered that bike to my father while playing in a pickup game of basketbal at the P-MAC last year, if I'm not mistaken...

I heard he got a kick out of the fact that my family shares his last name...

My dad-inexplicably-turned him down...Shaq actually offered it to him twice (He had parked it right up on the floor of the Assembly Center, and my dad was over there inspecting/admiring it...

Dad, what the hell were you thinking?

Unless your dad is a 300+ pound, 7 foot monster, that bike would be of little use to him!

I think if the news came out that your Dad eBayed that bike, you would be banned from the board!!! :thumb:

Why would he offer it, anyway? How would he get home, and then have to wait a couple months while JJ builds him a new one!?!?!

If you don't believe me, then that's cool...I mean, I didn't post this to shoot my mouth off...It was just an interesting thing that happened...My father was pretty shocked it happened, and just caught off guard. He really likes bikes in general, and choppers in specific.

How can I know why Shaq would offer it? Was I then-or am I now-in Shaq's head to ascertain the answer to that question? Do you not think someone would have driven Shaq home? Or that he could not have just called a limo?

Sheesh...It was just something amazing that happened to my father...Do we need to get into a psychological deconstruction about Shaquille Rashaun O'Neal and his tempermanet over two years ago to further the main vein of this thread?

    Am I taking crazy pills?

Nah man, I was just wondering if Shaq lost a bet or something! Or maybe got beaten in a pick up game (not sure if THAT'S possible, but you never know...TE's Pops could have had Clarence Ceasar on the team!)

Your post made it sound like your dad was playing Shaq.

Shaq always gives props to LSU. I think he really does love his alma mater.
