i voted yes in that lee must get meaningful snaps (i.e. 2 series each half, etc.) does he start? only after demonstrating a marked improvement or difference in the O. if when jl comes in the blocking is better, the routes are crisper, etc, etc then we'll know the mental makeup of the players to just say that lee is the starter is to throw the entire team out of whack. remember, this team is 4-0 in summation, lee needs meaningful snaps....we're one option to the short side away from him as it is.
The poll asks "should Lee be given a shot at QB?" It does not ask "should Lee be given a shot at QB even though we know Crowton is the problem and it won't make any difference?"
i cant vote. some sort of glitch, the mods cant vote in polls. but for the record, my vote is "give lee a chance".
3 Reasons why I voted for Lee: 1.) JJ looks terrible 2.) We can win 8 or 9 with what we've got. We can win the whole thing with a solid passing attack. 3.) I believe in redemption and second chances to those that deserve it. J Lee could have transferred and took his game somewhere else. As much as he's been through, I truly believe he will get his chance to re-write his history at LSU. This may be the year. I'm pulling for him.
