Should LSU look for a new OC next year?

I think we all saw that when executed properly, the O can be really good. The problem is that almost everything is scripted.

Now part of this is due to Mett and his inability to check down and read the D. We saw him completely unaware of what Ark was doing yesterday and my hopes is that he learned from this during his wait for a bowl game.

Mett does need improvement there, but he needs help from the booth. This isn't the NFL where a QB is routinely expected to change the snap coun, or call hot routes and audibles at the line when he sees something he doesn't like.

Nope, I just like our offense and believe the players need to make the plays. I also like our defense but again believe that the players need to make the plays.

There needs to be alot looked at on the offense. Thought they had recovered only to go back into a relapse............

Of course we need a new OC.

However if Miles insists on running the O, it doesn't really matter unless he's willing to let go of the reigns like he does with Chavis.

If he had a Chavis running the O, his hands would be clean.

Look at where our offensive performance dropped. It was at away games. After the team adjusted to the O line changes and Mett & the receivers connected we played well in the home games. In away games from aTm to Ark we struggled but were just missing what was being made at home. Most teams perform better at home..this team because of youth and inexperiance (I guess) was more affected by the change in enviornment. IMO
