I would suggest that you first crop the superfluous areas of the picture and focus on what's important.
Alleva is gonna have to outfit the "Tiger Girls" in those in order to get anybody in the PMAC next season. The Arena is going to be empty until he cans Johnny/Nikki and brings in competent coaches that can actually coach and manage a major college basketball program. Jones and Caldwell/Fargas are in way over their heads and should have been dismissed already. Why delay the inevitable? You're just "Urinating in the Wind" with both of them.........
