i was watching the discovery channel... thats the face that a male tiger makes when he smells the scent left behind by a female.. therefore, it is perfectly appropriate.
It's all in the "eyes" of the Tiger. It's a shame LSU can't get a realistic type true Bengal Tiger expression with all of today's great software.
The logo tiger on the side of the helmet is LSU all the way :helmet: :thumb: . The one above is okay but a bit minor league-ish and does look like Mizzou's mascot.
Ok - I'll be the heel...I think our helmet is outdated. I think the tiger on the helmet is outdated. IMO our helmet looks like something out of the 60's.
I really like the tiger on the helmets. The bold LSU letters look awkward. Mind you though, I would still prefer the helmets never change. :tigerhead
Now that I think about it... I like the tradition of the tiger on the side of the helmet... we should just go back to it.
That logo is at least 20 times better than toonces. Send that to the athletic department. I am still a fan of the tiger on the helmet though. Why can't they just use that one? However if they have to use another one this is much better.
