things that bother me. lsu, auburn, florida, tennessee... all with 2 conference losses... georgia with three so say, lsu loses to tenn and florida auburn loses to lsu and florida florida loses to georgia and tennessee tennessee loses to goergia and bama? who the hell does georgia lose to... I mean maybe it's over my head, but how can the top 4 teams have two losses in conference? that means either each team gets upset by bama, sc, or georgia? wtf is going on? im lost.
Real Tigers go 11-0. There will not be a repeat of 03 where they inexplicably get the swelled head and loose one. The Bama game is this years Opiss game of 03 were they eke out a win on the road. Win sec champ game (rematch with Tenn)and play Undefeated Ohio State(They gonna beat Tex) for the crystal. USC loses at least 2 games(asu (after we drub em) and cal or Ore). Tigers take out Tenn, AU, and Fla. Va Tech, Miami, Fla St take each other out. Iowa takes out Purdon't, Ohio St takes out Iowa and Michigan. Louie ville may go unbeaten but they are this years AU and are on the outside looking in. Penn St quietly begs Joe Pa to retire after this season and hire Petrino to update the antiquated three yards and a cloud of mud offense they run. Thats my story and I's sticking to it!!! :thumb: :thumb:
I've never seen this done before. What do you call that? :hihi: And, why are Auburnt and bamer fans bickering with each other on our site?
Unfortunately, this is why the SEC will probably not be in the title game. Because the SEC is so loaded they just beat each other up and it is nearly impossible to go undefeated in the SEC. Even if you do, you may not get the NC game ala AU. Because the BCS gawds will want 2 undefeated teams in th Rose Bowl. Unless USC loses a game this season and the spot in the Rose Bowl opens up for an SEC team with 1 loss to come in, I don't think an SEC team will be in it. Nobody in the SEC goes undefeated this year. I'm sorry but it is unfortunate and it is the catch 22 situation we have in the SEC. We are the strongest conf this year and it looks great if you go undefeated but it will be rare that someone does.
"Because the SEC is so loaded they just beat each other up and it is nearly impossible to go undefeated in the SEC". Hmmm, hasn't the SEC had something like 8 teams go undefeated in conference play in the past 14 or 15 years... so it's not exactly "Mission Impossible" to do it.
