Luther Davis from West Monroe, LA. He was supposed to go to LSU, said he was not going to even visit Bama, then when he went to Bama on a visit he said he was at a family funeral, then LSU pulled the scholorship, Davis committed to Bama, then started talking about how he was getting other players from Louisiana to follow him to Bama. It was a real stink during recuiting. I asked in this thread because someone mentioned him in a prior post in this thread.
I heard he wasnt qualified before the commitment to Bama. He lied to everyone about the status of his grades and he might be taking a redshirt if his last ACT score comes out too low. But havent heard anything since then.
You may never hear from him again. He may be like Jerrel Powe from Ms. A great player that cannot get into school bc of grades.
I remember hearing that after he committed to Bama that he would text message the LSU coaches and ask them if it was too late to change his mind and committ to LSU. Then when that rumor got out, Luther Davis said his friend was monkeying around on his cell and he's the one who sent the text. Bama can have this tool.:nope:

Conversation allegedly took place at the AAA game, which occurred AFTER $aban had already accepted that Bama gig. It was during that game that LD verballed to LSU. Doesn't add up.
