there will be more. now they are going after vermillion snapper too. Soon there will be no red snapper, no amberjack, no grouper, no triggerfish, and no vermillion fishing in the gulf federal waters.....but you can go buy them from the market. Cobia, mangroves, and several reef species are soon to follow then they will go after the pelagics tuna, swordfish, wahoo, mahi, etc. They are well on their their to way having their goal of a 100% no take recreational fishery by 2020. They are forcing folks to start just saying screw it try to catch me. This is going to happen and more and things are getting really ugly quick and it seems like it is about to get worse. There are several protests planned for June in FL, AL, and MS trying to get enough boats to block the passes June 4th. Have not seen one for LA yet but it is coming too. Not that any of it will do any good. As long as magnus remains as it is and NMFS and GC have noone to answer to they will keep allowing the commercial shareholders to buy their votes. The only answer that seems could work at this point is turn all fisheries management over to the states out to 200 miles which it should be anyways. This is a state issue there is no reason the feds should have any involvement in fisheries management.

They are idiots out to kill the golden geese for every coastal state. Recreational fishing beings in a lot of money to those areas and supports a lot of jobs.
