I will be in a hot tub full of champagne celebrating next years Sooner National Championship. I hope you guys will be good sports and congratulate my team.

Peabody, my good man, sorry to see your backup QB get pinched by the fuzz for DUI - I had never heard of him before this incident, but he looked really good in the highlights they aired when the story broke. Can you tell me a little about him?

 

He had a really good spring practice. He threw for 311 yards and 2 TDs. There is talk that he might redshirt this next year because of Tommy Grady who is coming out of his redshirt freshmen year and newcomer Rhett Bomar the Star Studded QB out of Texas. That remains to be seen and will be determined right before the season starts. He's a really good running QB also. I would say running is his strength. However, his passing ability is really coming along as witnessed in the final spring game.

We are really stacked at QB right now.

I just hope the coaches have worked with Jason White about putting more arc on his passed. He's getting way too many of them swatted down. It started with our last game of the season against Texas Tech. They swatted down a few of them. The next game against KSU in the Big 12 Championship was even worse. They swatted down even more.

I figured the coaches would fix that before the Sugar Bowl. Apparently, they didn't. Your team swatted down more line drive passes than KSU.

Hopefully, they will get that fixed before next season.
