So, I wore my LSU sweatshirt out and about in Knoxville today...

And considering the fact that this was the first ever Chik-Fil-A *Peach* Bowl matching two top-10 teams, it makes it that much more alluring for college football fans.

 

Well, I didn't mean that is sometimes isn't...well, maybe during the Hallman error...um...era...

 

I don't have to...most UT fans up here will tell you quickly how they must have sucked to lose to Vandy. If Fulmer doesn't pull out at least 9 wins next year, there may be mass Kool-Aid parties here...:shock: :rofl:

When we beat Florida in 97 I was in Talladega, Alabama for the NASCAR race and wore my LSU jersey to the race. I had lots of "Tiger Fans" come up to me but the best was inside the track as me and my brother-in-law were walking at the bottom of the stands. Someone yelled "L-S-U" and the whole crowd started cheering. I just stuck my arms in the air and soaked it in.

 

I remember that game...my cousin is a big lefire: fan and she called to tell me that LSU was winning (I wasn't even watching because I have a low threshold for seeing LSU in pain...:hihi: ). I think she was as thrilled about seeing Florida losing to LSU as I was.

Of course, LSU lost to lefire: the next game, so she wasn't fun to talk to then. o:

 

I was at Dega that year too, we always go the fall race, we have been every year since 97, and I always wear my LSU while I am there, and my LSU stuff is hanging all around our camper.
