During the telecast someone walked into the announcers booth and picked up Danielson's sportcoat with the CBS logo on it and just walked out. They talk about it on air and say "I think that person was dressed in gold". Whoever it was put the jacket on and was promptly busted by security as they were leaving the area.:rofl:
and they mentioned it at least 5 times throughout the game. I think Vern secretly thought it was funny
Vern Lumclit was awful yesterday. Lazy preparation. Sloppy delivery. Danielson sounded like he was on acid. Said some weird stuff. These two blow goats. :cuss:
I remember one point where Danielson was praising some aspect of LSU when Lundquist started playing with the sleeve of his jacket like he was flirting with him. Danielson stopped in mid sentence and just looked at Lunquist like he couldn't believe it. I commented that he was having his toe tapped under the desk.
At some point in the broadcast towards the end one of them said to the other"We'll be back for the Fla. game" and the other one just let out a weird sound. I could not tell if they were looking forward to it or not.
