Makes you wonder about all those who said Brady was a good coach doesn't it?

Why the hell didn't this happen under Brady?

 

I keep going back to this and wish I had evidence to back it up, but I swear, at one point last season they were trailing a divisional opponent in the final seconds. I believe it was alabama. They were down by 1 or 2, and their set play was a three for Glen Davis. I got on TF to talk about it, and everyone here defended him so I just gave up on the john brady threads

 

If you trying to say the team didn't have plays for the past 11 years, then you're a pretty ignorant fan...

I mean, you can hate on Brady if you want. The team is better without him no doubt, but the dude is still a basketball coach and does still know the game.

 

Respectfully, clair, "Knowing the game" doesn't = "being a Great coach." His problems were, as you know, with the latter.

 

no doubt... the players hated him. that isn't good at the end of the day.

But he did have sets and things he ran.

His problem, specifically this year is that the players feared being taken out for every little mistake, so they played with no creativity at all.

 

Collis Temple should be given an award, for playing out of position for nearly his entire LSU career. Talk about offering it up for the team!

I think they didn't run any for about the last 3 years however.

What you are saying is like saying Brady was a good coach for the years he had making it to the sweet sixteen or the final four but sucked the other 9 years or so.
I think it is somewhere in the middle however LSU fielded the worse basketball team I've ever seen and played like that the last 2 years until Brady got fired.

He says he liked the offensive sets LSU ran last year especially with Big Baby shooting the three to lose the game!

I'm officially through with Brady, this is my last post.
I had thoughts about not doing this however I decided to respond to Clair.

Brady is history and you can't argue with the fact that the team was better without him.
Brady lost control by his actions of being a jerk and an arse, his conduct caused him to lose his team and lose his job, he is history.

Lets move on, no more Saban and no more Brady!
