Jesus, how horrible. I did a Devo flip and landed on my neck once. Last flip I've ever done, and I always worry when I see others doing it. Discovered later in life that the flip I did herniated my C6-7 disk in my neck, which means I was probably millimeters away from this outcome. Scary crap. Feel for this guy, his family, and teammates.
I always wonder if Carl Edwards will land on his head when he does that backflip from the door of his racecar
