You should get out more, Google it. Most of the folks there hate it.

I agree with everything you said. I like DJ and root for those guys more than the Honey Badger types generally. They also make for the better coaches. .

Anyway, my whole view is that yes DJ isn't great and he's limited athletically, but he's the best that we got and fans need to understand that's a far worse indictment on his backups than him. The backup qb it's usually the most popular. At LSU it's the backup Mike lol.

Chief's philosophy on defense reminds me of the Jimmy Johnson Cowboys. . Small athletic and blazing speed speed speed for days .. only big physical offenses like Bama and Wisconsin will give you fits. We can run with the Oregon and aTm of the world.

Yeah, we call them Whiskey, the Wissies, cheese heads.....they even have bumper stickers in Wisconsin that say "Come smell our dairy air!"

We have a very favorable schedule due to the expanded conference....no tOSU, PSU, Michigan State or Michigan....and our final two games are both at home against Wisconsin, then finishing with Nebraska. We were picked to have the best OL in the B!G....not sure if that's true, but we are at least in the top three. Our run defense is quite good and should stay that way, as our opponents will go to the air often and, sadly, find some success. Our "problems" are a very suspect back seven right now.....and we have no "Melvin Gordon" to break the big runs.
We will see how our Hawks develop over the next few weeks. As you may know, we're an "equal opportunity" team, in that we seem to find a way to let teams stay in the game.
