Trust me Hester wont lose any sleep if you don't. Keep dogging the man it only shows what a lack of loyalty you have towards the program.

I understand Broussard is 100%, or will be by September. If true, he will be the starter.

I still don't understand why you continually downplay our offensive excellence in that game with this crap. Yes, when teams are getting beat the F down, it's a little easier to have your way with them late in the game. Is that really news? I don't think it takes away from our peformance one bit that we were able to put such an athletic defense in this position to begin with. I've never understood your plight in this regard.

Do you believe that players should lose their starting positions due to injury?

Sorry, but Flynn played quite a bit against the Bulldogs and did nothing. I was at the game and really thought this was going to be his turn to "shine" but, unfortunately, that didn't happen.

Don't get me wrong, he was OUTSTANDING against Miami, but it is totally unfair to try to blame the loss at the SECCG on Russell.

For the first time in a long time, I just don't see our QB "controversy" as a bad thing. Not with the talent we have at that spot. That "backup" plan has already served us well in the Peach Bowl and it could easily do so again.

It is usually easier to have your way with a team you are beating badly "late" in the game - Miami, IMO, became easier much sooner. It looked to be about the middle of the 2nd quarter when Miami appeared to realize that they weren't going to win. That doesn't mean that they still weren't trying to win from that point, but their efforts weren't as crisp as if it had been a close game. And I wouldn't consider this a plight, the only two plights I've ever had were defending Miles & saying he was a good coach (which I don't really have to do anymore thanks to all you bandwagon fans! :yelwink2: ), and downplaying Flynn's role in our offensive excellence that night.

I am sorry buddy but Addai won the Peach Bowl for LSU. Why do you love Hester so much? Did he go to your high school, or did he used to live in your neighborhood? Hester wasn't even in the game when the score was close. He had one ball thrown to him, and he dropped a td. It is so easy to sit back and say welllll if he would have played then we would have won the game.

No, he really was not. Flynn played a good game, but outstanding is going a little crazy. The offense had a great running game, the O-line played better then they did all season, and MF just hit the open receivers on 7-15 yard out routes. The one deep ball was great but the guy was wide open. MF played very cautious and took care of the ball which was great. The thing is nobody knows how MF can play under pressure. Put MF in the bama game where their D is all over you, the O-line is playing badly, and the running game is average, and the momentum is all on bama's side 80% of the game. When MF starts getting popped then I bet you OVD would be the first person calling for JR.
