Wrong again. It's a coaches decision that allows him to get in the locker room, not the number of CD's he sells.
I personally have no problem with Snoop going in the SC locker room or practicing with the team. It keeps the team's spirits up and I kind of like the free spirited enjoy yourself attitude that SC's coach Pete Carroll instills there. Who cares if you don't agree with his marijuana smoking habits, I'm willing to bet most of that team does it too. That doesn't mean that old Petey is encouraging it. He was just letting the time enjoy themselves and get plenty of pree publicity out of it.
