Take soltice in the fact that if Holtz said it, then it must be wrong.

OK take back their bad play calls and give us Flynn's two bad passes back (The underthrown one to LaFell was probably a TD if thrown well) and we also win.

Geez, ofcourse USC played well, THEYRE A GOOD TEAM. Not only are they good (maybe not great) but that have a very good coach and this is a conference game.

Honest to God, all LSU hate aside, I wonder how Holtz still has a job. He is TERRIBLE. He was horrendous all of last year, then he seems to have actually gotten worse, with his week one game of the week: UConn Vs. Duke. Then App. St over Michigan "is not an upset", and all the while hes been supporting ND and made multiple claims that they are "underrated". The funny thing is Mark May (who used to be slightly annoying to me, but has grown on me since) looks like he wants to slap him about once a show for being such an idiot, and who can blame him? Can anybody here honestly say that they would expect to be employed if they were this bad at their respective jobs?

Just remember... we all wanted Trev Alberts gone. I guess this is our punishment.

Maybe that's why ESPN keeps Granny employed. Probably -- outside of the NC game and the prospect of ND going winless -- that's the most anticpated event of the 2007 football season. Geaux, Mark, geaux!

    Let's break this down simply:

Lou Holtz is an old timer.

    Old-timers are big on loyalty.

He coaches at these places -> he is loyal to them. Do not honestly expect to hear anything rational involving any team that he has coached come out of his mouth.

    Ever.

    Never.

    Ever.
