In terms of crime, it stops with the people who committed a crime, whatever level that happens to be. Obama is not a criminal because he is the head of government in which a criminal act was committed. In terms of responsibility, Obama is responsible for appointing department heads that are competent and honest and holding them accountable. They are in turn responsible for management subordinates who are responsible for all employees. If there is widespread law-breaking going in the VA, then Obama needs to hold the department head accountable.

Obamacare Republican plan, IRS was targeting people who were trying to not pay taxes, just like cops would target people who talk about murdering people, and by the way they targeted liberal organizations too, Obama had nothing to do with the VA, and had repubs not lied to get us in a war there would be a lot less disabled vets, Benghazi is a non issue, 4 people died, bfd, if we go into Iraq, I'll want to impeach him just like I wanted to impeach bush. Where were you guys when Bush got us into that war? Damn sure not talking about impeachment I bet. If you don't think this is all racially motivated, then I don't know what to tell you.
