I just read in the morning advocate that spencer ford has signed to play basketball at UL-Lafayette.

What's up with that? I thought the former Scotlandville stand-out was coming to LSU via JUCO.

Boy, that looks good on Brady's part!

Anyone have any insight on this?

LSU didn't sign him because he had got kicked off his JUCO team.

DJBurke is right. Ford was kicked off his JUCO team. LSU and Brady do not need a kid like that on the team, no matter how good he is.

I don't know...it sure didn't seem to make much of a difference what kind of a kid Jaime Lloreda was, did it? Exactly when did Coach Brady start becoming particular?

Thats because Jaime didnt show that kind of behavior in Juco...in Juco he was the best player in every game...a man among boys...his first year here was a transitional year as it is for a lot of juco guys....this year was a little better but hey guys its brandon bass' team now.

Jaime showed that kind of behavior while he was HERE...yet it wasn't enough to get his scholarship revoked.

Jaime was never kicked off the team or even showed signs of his attitude at the JUCO level. In fact he was the JUCO player of the year leading his team to the national championship.

Once again, I'll ask...once he was HERE, and exhibited that type of behavior, how is it he kept his scholly? He broke a teammate's jaw, for cryin' out loud. That's ASSAULT.

I don't think that anyone here disagrees with you on Lloreda.

Spencer Ford threatened to kill a ref because they were discriminating against him in a game against an all-white juco team at their house. I think that is probably good grounds to be dismissed from the team.
