That would be like saying Bama would beat aTm at home just because we beat them on the road. We had a plus 5 turnover margin on aTm...Bama had a negative 3. Likewise, we had a plus 3 turnover margin on Oregon, while Bama had negative 2 vs LSU, negative 1 vs Georgia, negative 3 vs aTm and just plus 1 vs ND. Without winning the turnover battle big like we did, Bama would have a much tougher time beating Oregon

They're just as good as we are. They would have beaten them mightily in their own way. We tend to rely on turnovers because of our offensive woes, and they just run it down their throats. Anything can happen, but in all likelihood, Bama rolls 'em.

Three teams in the SEC could and one or two may . Bama is not unbeatable , strong yes . The weakness in Bama is Nick

LSU uses small, quick LBs that match up well with Oregon. And, LSU went even smaller and quicker by using a 3-3-5 vs Manziel. Bama doesn't do small and quick like we do, that's why watching Oregon's small quick players vs Bama'a big monster-sized LBs would be so fascinating. Also, Bama doesn't adjust well to unorthodox offenses. When they played Georgia Southern (whoever) their triple option offense decimated Bama's D more than any other team they faced. It would likely be similar with Oregon's offense which is also based on the triple option (although in a very innovative way). Like LSU adjusted well to triple option GT and to Manziel, while Bama did not adjust well to triple option Ga Southern (whoever) and Manziel, Bama would likely struggle v Oregon

I don't know, I don't think Oregon's offense would do shit against a Bama D. You don't beat Bama by running sideline to sideline and throwing short passes. I thought that was evident by what took place in New Orleans.

Nick runs a pro-style defense based upon multiple reads, shifting backs, and misdirection designed to confuse a quarterback. They are going to have top athletes and the defensive skills. You beat them by catching them out of position and you do that by being unpredictable. A one-dimensional team or a predictable team reduces the number of plays that they must be ready for to a manageable number. If they never know what is coming, sooner or later you will catch them out of position or in a mismatch. Nicks defenses are strong but they've always given up the big play from time to time.

LSU needs better play calling and a quarterback that reads defenses and reacts more swiftly. We won't know how that is working out for 3 or 4 games.

LSU had Bama's defense on their heels for most of that game. I would suggest it's more about that type of offensive execution then Cam reinventing the wheel. He may want to give some thought to his 2 minute drill :).
