I just watched an interview with Steve Spurrier on Golf channel's Feherty show. I definitely have a different impression now. He's had his cocky, prick moments, but all in all he seems more down to earth than I had realized/known about. Worth watching if u get a chance.
Feherty will get that out of people because of who he is, I don't have any issue with the OBC and I think he is more worried about his golf game right now than anything that is going on a USCe. He probably has 2 years left there at best but that comes with a membership at Augusta so I'm sure he really could give 2 shits.
I was listening to someone talk about him the other day I think it was Hannagriff and Ott, said he has only had 3 seasons since 1994 or something where he hasn't juggled quarterbacks. 1 season with Wuerfel, 1 with Grossman, and 1 with Garcia.
What's he's done at South Carolina is nothing short of incredible. He was coming guy, I'm telling ya.
