My point all along has been that neither camp is getting a large majority excited. Obama won. Obama got 50.6%. Gore/Bush was so close that one got the popular, one got the electoral. Neither overwhelmed the other. Wouldn't it be great if this country could produce a candidate, ANY candidate, that could overwhelm us? Progress is when everyone pushes in the same direction. The R side has their stuff they won't compromise on. Same goes for the D's. It sucks.
