you can guess his agent I bet and now teams draft players that they know are signable. Some of these Boras clients are hurting themselves by hiring him now. Im guessing he has boras.
If anyone wants to see how a Boras agent "can" end up...look at Matt Harrington...guy was a 1st round pick...wanted tons of money....didnt sign in his first draft....was an early pick too...then went drafted much later in the 2nd draft...and is now working at Best Buy
and u can bet Jered Weaver has him as well cuz he was projected #1 also in many mock drafts and fell to 12.
But, the thing is...Weaver and Drew will still get a lot more money then people around them....though they will have a significant decrease
