still cant post in regular threads

Still lots of trouble posting/replying.. Was a fix for this found? I've tried switching browsers, cleaning cache/cookies, the whole shit pot... I randomly can get in here and get to the editor, but it's a coin toss whether it will actually post or not.

@KyleK let me know if I can help. I generally have a decent amount of time on my hands, since I don't work anymore. I'd be willing to donate some of it.. I'm by no means a developer, but I can get around in various content management systems if need be.

 

I don't know if he's seen this since he is retired but I will text him and let him know. I had the same issue and switched to Firefox and have had no issues.

 

Sometimes if I hit the Options button and go ahead and say OK to sending the data to an untrusted website, it says I have to log in. It looks like about half the time, after I log in, it lets me reply to the thread. Hmmm

 

I was having the same problem. This forum probably just needs an update (if there is one) to make it secure and work with modern browsers. It might work in Firefox because I think it will automagically run it in a compatibility mode.

If anyone else is having this issue and using Edge, just go into SETTINGS then DEFAULT BROWSER section... then under "Internet Explorer mode pages" add https://www.tigerfan.com. You will have to login again, but it should work normally after that.
