  8. I really love fresh tuna and wahoo. I used to do a lot of offshore fishing and got spoiled. I never froze any of the tuna or wahoo. I would eat some after each trip and give most of the rest away. It just was never quite as good once frozen.

    Hard to beat a flounder though. Those guys are as good as it gets.

  9. I'm not big on salt water fish. I enjoy one now and then for a change of pace but don't care for it more than a couple-a-few times a year. Would NEVER order it off of a menu, NEVER.
